Technical Support
Technical support had to be one of the more difficult roles. The patience required to get every type of computer, operating system, and browser working was exceptional.
Customer Service
At least 20 staff members handled corporate and consumer customer-service calls. It was a demanding role — 50 calls a day was not unusual.
Systems
From running servers to checking modem pools to diagnosing slow ADSL lines, the people in the back made the infrastructure run. It meant being on call almost 24×7.
